Accessibility

Last updated: Oct 9, 2026

We want everyone to be able to use Shop Weekly, including people with disabilities.

Our goal

We're working to make our website meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content easier to use for people with a wide range of disabilities, including vision, hearing, mobility and cognitive disabilities.

What we're doing

considering accessibility when we design and build pages and features;
checking our website for accessibility problems and fixing the ones we find; and
listening to feedback from our customers.

Known limitations

Some product information, including product images and descriptions, comes from manufacturers and other third-party sources. It may not always include full text descriptions of images. If you need more information about a product, please ask us.

Need help or found a problem?

If you have difficulty using any part of our website, or need information in a different format, please tell us through our contact form and choose "Accessibility". It helps if you let us know:

the page or feature you had trouble with;
what happened; and
any assistive technology you use, such as a screen reader or magnifier.

We'll do our best to help, including helping you find products and place an order, and to fix the problem. If you can't use our contact form, you can write to us at C/O Clka Consulting Ltd, 1 Wellington Rd, Swinton, United Kingdom, M27 4BR.
